Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to our designated agent.
Your DMCA notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Please note: Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
Response Time
We will process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content.
Good Faith Requirement
All DMCA notices must be submitted in good faith. False claims may result in legal consequences under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, which provides for damages against any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing.
